rainbow families

The word homoparental is a neologism of our times to define all that families where at least one adult (who defines himself homosexual), is the parent of at least one child within the composed family. To sustain the new family model in Italy exists the Rainbow Families Association (Associazione Famiglie Arcobaleno), example of an evolutionary family unit based on love and responsibility and not only on biological links. In Italy there's no legal order about the matter and these families aren't protected. Nevertheless, the new family model is growing on, both for the lesbian couples and for the gay couples.
